St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police:

On April 12, Arthur J. Niles, 63, of Moria was charged with speeding (allegedly 54-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on April 29.

On April 12, Adam P. McGrath, 32, of Brasher Falls was charged with parking in a no-park zone. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on May 6.

On April 13, Nikia N. Ramsey, 34, of Braintree, Mass. was charged with speeding (allegedly 49-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on May 6.

On April 13, Jake D. Whitecrow, 23, of Akwesasne was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on May 6.

On April 15, Blake C. Tarbell, 34, of Akwesasne was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on May 6.

On April 15, Kevin B. Keenan, 58, of Bow, N.H. was charged with speeding (allegedly 52-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on May 20.

On April 16, Carla M. Christopher, 58, of Massena was charged with speeding (allegedly 52-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on April 29.

On April 16, Melissa D. Brill, 43, of Huntingdon, Quebec was charged with speeding (allegedly 52-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on May 13.

On April 16, Krista L. Loran, 21, of Nedrow was charged with inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on May 6.

On April 17, Donald Smoke, 64, of Hogansburg was charged with speeding (allegedly 50-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on May 6.

On April 17, Frederick D. Heiserman, 35, of Brushton was picked up on a warrant. He was taken to the Franklin County Jail, Malone, pending further court action.

On April 18, Tsioweriio Lazore, 20, of Hogansburg was charged with use of a mobile device while driving. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on May 13.

New York State Police:

Travis R. Terrance, 20, of Hogansburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway at 5:28 p.m. April 17 on state Route 37 in Massena. He was released with citations.

Devon V. Oakes, 27, of Hogansburg was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance in non-original container at 11:40 p.m. April 20 at the Massena port of entry. She was released with citations.

Massena village police:

Cheyenne R. Anderson, 28, of Snye, Quebec was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, failure to produce license, failure to keep right, broken windshield and side window tint at 6 p.m. April 20 on Main Street. She was arraigned by Massena judge Joe Brown and remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond. The previous day, Anderson was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 1:26 a.m. on Maple Street. She was arraigned by Massena judge Joe Brown and remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.
