Police Blotter

New York State Police:

Juan C. Alvarez, 28, of Hogansburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and sub-standard lights at 12:18 a.m. March 10 on State Route 37B in Massena and was released with citations.

Kyle A. Barnes, 27, of Hogansburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, no inspection and no registration at 7:50 a.m. Feb. 20 on West Road in Moira and was released with citations.

Massena Police:

Christopher E. Johnson, 52, of Pumphouse Road, Akwesasne was charged with second-degree menacing, unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree criminal mischief: prevent 911 call at 9:08 p.m. March 11 on Willow Street in Massena. He was arraigned in Massena court by judge Patrick Serguson and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
