St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Blotter
St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police say they recently charged the following people with driving while intoxicated: Andrew L. Laughing, 33, of Bombay, Feb. 11, also cited with failure to keep right and unregistered motor vehicle; Nathan D. Lightfoot, 30, of Massena, Feb. 15, also cited with failure to use designated lane; Corrina L. David, 48, of Hogansburg, Feb. 17, cited with failure to keep right. They were given appearance tickets for Bombay Town Court.
Police say they charged the following people with speeding: Lois M. Tarbell, 42, of Hogansburg, Feb. 11, allegedly 52-35 mph zone; Bradley M. Rowe, 21, of Massena, Feb. 18, allegedly 49-35 mph zone; Tonya L. Laughing, 48, of Rooseveltown, Feb. 18, allegedly 56-45 mph zone; Anontaks Barreiro, 38, of Hogansburg, Feb. 19, allegedly 68-55 mph zone; Carlee R. King, 26, of Akwesasne, N.Y., Feb. 20, allegedly 51-35 mph zone; Jessica L. Childs, 37, of Moira, Feb. 23, allegedly 57-45 mph zone; Kayla M. French, 19, of Malone, Feb. 24, allegedly 58-45 mph zone; Chelsea M. Jacobs, 24, of Hogansburg, Feb. 26, allegedly 53-35 mph zone. They were all given appearance tickets for Tribal Court on later dates.
Police say they charged the following people with aggravated unlicensed operation: Kyrie A. Ransom, 31, of Hogansburg, Feb. 12, also cited for suspended registration; Bryan A. King, 38, of Hogansburg, Feb. 20, also cited with unlicensed operation and inadequate tail light; Lois M. Tarbell, 42, of Hogansburg, Feb. 26, also cited for uninspected motor vehicle. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on later dates.

Sturgen, 33, of North Bangor, Feb. 18, inadequate headlight; Lawrence P. Jock, 25, of Hogansburg, Feb. 18, inadequate brakelight; Mickey J. Delormier, 29, of Hogansburg, Feb. 18, inadequate brakelight; Taylor S. Hillyard, 25, of Massena, Feb. 22, inadequate tail light; Owen T. White, 42, of Hogansburg, Feb. 22, inadequate brakelight; Vernon Cole, 70, of Canton, Feb. 22, inadequate display of license plate; Nakkita M. Lazore, 31, of Hogansburg, Feb. 22, driver’s view obstructed; Lori M. McKinnon, 46, of Summerstown, Ontario, Feb. 23, inadequate display of license plates; Paul D. White, 55, of Derby Line, Vt., Feb. 23, driver’s view obstructed; James A. Lafrance, 26, of Akwesasne, N.Y., Feb. 27, for inadequate brakelight; Delores A. Lazore, 46, of Akwesasne, Ontario, Feb. 27, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed view. They were all given tickets for Tribal Court.
On Feb. 17, police picked up Shawn M. Decarr, 23, of St. Regis Falls on a warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and given a March 26 return date.
On Feb. 25, police picked up Megan A. Rubado, 35, of Brasher Falls on a warrant. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released.
On Feb. 27, police charged Lauralee Arquette, 38, of Hogansburg with using a portable electronic device while driving. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court.
