A petition to be named Executor in the Estate of Lorraine N. George, late of Akwesasne, NY has been filed by Charles W. Sears in the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court. Notice is hereby given to all heirs and beneficiaries who may wish to object to the validity of Lorraine N. George’s will or the appointment of Charles W. Sears as Executor. Objections must be filed with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court by February 9, 2019. Notice is also hereby given to all potential creditors to the Estate of Lorraine N. George who may have an interest in said estate to present their interest. Any creditors shall contact the Tribal Court at 518-358-6300.
