Salmon River Volleyball Recognizes Seniors

The Salmon River Shamrocks on Oct. 24 recognized five outgoing senior members.

Jazzy Dunn plans on attending either Daemen College or SUNY Canton for nursing. She was joined by her parents Angela Benedict, Randy Dunn, and Dale Charleston.

Jheri White wants to attend college and study psychology. Her parents, Jolene Jackson and Curtis White, joined her for the recognition.

Mary Gray plans on continuing her education in the Mohawk language. She was accompanied by Waylon Cook as the team recognized her.

Morgan Arquette is eyeing college to study either nursing or to become a radiology technician. She was with her parents, Robin and Lane Arquette.

Morgan Jock wants to continue her education in hopes of becoming a dentist. Her parents, Kimmi and TJ Jock, joined her for the event.

The Shamrocks won the game that followed the ceremony in five sets against Potsdam.

They advanced to the playoffs and will play the winner of the Class B semifinal, either Ogdensburg or Malone, on Nov. 1 at 4 p.m. at Massena High School.
