DEVOTION TO THE HOLY ROSARY In honor of our Blessed Mother, St. Mary, the Rosary

will be recited before Mass on Saturday (3:30) and Sunday (9:30). A day of the Rosary will take

place at the St. Kateri Center on November 1, together with All Saints Day. We are looking

for groups or individuals who would like to lead the rosary on November 1st for one hour anytime between 9 am to 5 pm. Please sign up!

OCTOBER IS THE MONTH OF THE HOLY ROSARY! There will be regular communal prayers each evening of October at the following locations: HOGANSBURG St. Kateri Tekakwitha Center (3:30 PM), SNYE - IAKHIHSOHTHA Lodge (6:00 pm), CORNWALL ISLAND - Tri-District Elders Lodge (6:00 PM).

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 28, at the 10 A.M. MASS: Archbishop Terrence Prendergast from the Archdiocese of Ottawa will come to commemorate the 6th Anniversary of the Canonization of St. Kateri Tekakwitha at our Mission Church. Everyone is cordially invited to join us for Mass and a traditional meal afterwards. There is a St. Kateri essay and collage contest which is commencing this week. Winners will be announced at the October 28th Mass.

WEDNESDAYS 6:00 -7:00 P.M. CONFIRMATION CLASS WITH FR. JEROME PASTORES

THURSDAYS 6:00 – 7:00 P.M. FIRST COMMUNION CLASS WITH VICKY PHILLIPS

SUNDAYS 10:00 A.M. MASS, AT THE ST. REGIS MISSION CHURCH ALL CHILDREN FOR THE LITURGY OF THE WORD IN THE SACRISTY.

CLASSES BEGAN ON SEPTEMBER 26TH, REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN AND ALL ARE WELCOME!

CALL FOR ALTAR SERVERS: CHILDREN: Father Jerome welcomes children who have received their First Holy Communion to come for classes to train to become altar servers. ADULTS: Father Jerome will also provide training for adults who are willing to serve at funerals at the St. Regis Mission Church. Please call to volunteer at (613)-575-2753.

DONATIONS OF NON-PERISHABLE FOODS ARE URGENTLY NEEDED FOR THE FOOD PANTRY AT THE CHURCH. Niawen:kowa to everyone who has dropped off their generous donations. They are greatly appreciated. The Food Pantry still needs more donations. Please drop off your non-perishable items Tuesday to Friday at the Rectory Office between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. or at the weekend masses.
