ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITION HEALTH ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Salary Level: CL9 ST 2 $38,380.79

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Health Management Coordinator, Department of Health Administration, the incumbent is responsible to provide administrative support to the Director, Assistant Director and Health Accreditation Manager to ensure an efficient work environment. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all clerical, basic finance, administrative and primarily the Records Management function.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two (2) year Diploma or Certification in Office Administration with experience in filing and Records Management.

• One (1) year administrative experience.

SKILLS

• Ability to work independently and exhibit a high degree of initiative and self-direction.

• Excellent computer skills.

• Bookkeeping skills is an asset.

• Excellent communication skills.
