PROGRAM MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Health, the incumbent manages the human, financial, physical, and information assets of Iakhihsohtha Lodge within Agreements and Policies of Council.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post-Secondary graduate in the field of Business Administration, or Certification in First Nations Health Managers Program, or related field.

• Minimum four (4) years management experience with proven skill in supervision, budget control, planning, reporting, and evaluation.

• Must obtain/retain Certification as a Long Term Care Administrator in the Province of Ontario within one (1) year timeframe.
