Elderberry Syrup Class on Thompson Island

Thompson Island will be hosting an elderberry syrup class on Friday, August 24 from 9 AM - 4 PM.

There is a cost per person -- this includes transportation by pontoon to Thompson Island, lunch and a hands-on lesson on how to harvest the berries and make the syrup. All participants will receive a jar of the elderberry syrup as well.
