SRMT utilizes “Procore” construction management software for viewing and downloading copies of Bid Documents. Contact Grants and Contracts Manager, at (518) 358-2272, to gain access to Procore, Preference in the award of the Contract shall be given to Indian and Alaska Native organizations and economic enterprises. Any contractor claiming Native Preference shall provide proof, as required by the Owner, to support this at least one week prior to bid opening. Bid security and contract security are mandatory requirements. SRMT reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, and the lowest, or any, quote will not necessarily be accepted.
