RELIGIOUS EDUCATION CLASSES continue for the months of April and May with the following scheduled sessions:

First Communion at Tri-District Lodge:  APRIL 17, 24, and MAY 1ST - 6 PM.

First Communion at St. Kateri Center:  APRIL 19, 26, and MAY 3RD - 6 PM.

Confirmation at St. Kateri Center:  APRIL 18, MAY 2, 9, 16, and MAY 23RD - 6 PM.

NOTE TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS:  Our celebration dates are now getting closer with only a few remaining sessions, but a great deal of faith sharing still to be initiated.  It is very, very, important to attend ALL classes, and at least ONE mass on the weekend.  PLEASE REMEMBER TO SIGN IN.  The schedule will continue to be updated as the celebration dates get closer.  For questions or concerns, please contact Laura Morris at 518-358-2931.

A SPIRITUAL HEALING MASS AND SERVICE will be held at the St. Regis Mission Church on THURSDAY, APRIL 19, 2018.  Mass will be at 6:00 pm, celebrated by Father Hasina of the Ottawa Kateri Native Ministry.  At 7 pm, there will be a SPIRITUAL HEALING SERVICE by Deacon Ronald Boyer from Kahnawake, Quebec, accompanied by music with the Ottawa Kateri Native Ministry Women’s Choir.  Refreshments will be available.  Donations will be graciously accepted.  EVERYONE IS WELCOME!  For more information, please contact Bernice Lazore at 613-937-4626.

WE WILL CELEBRATE THE FEAST OF ST. KATERI ON SATURDAY, APRIL 21, 2018.

We are happy to welcome as celebrant with Father Jerome Pastores, Reverend Maurice Henry Sands, Director of the Black and Indian Mission Office/Bureau of Catholic Indian Missions, Washington DC.  Father Sands is a member of the Ojibway, Ottawa and Potawatomi tribes. Mass will be offered at 4:00 PM at the St. Regis Mission Church for all the deceased members of the Kateri Circle on Saturday, April 21st, 2018.  The Kateri Circle will be offering a traditional meal in honor of St. Kateri at the St. Kateri Tekakwitha Center after Mass.  This will be an opportunity for all parishioners to meet Father Sands and for us to express our gratitude for the aid given to us by the Black and Indian Mission Office/Bureau of Catholic Indian Missions over the years.
