ARENA FIRE INVESTIGATION CONTINUES

(2/14/2018) The Akwesasne Mohawk Police Service has identified a “person of interest” in the January 19, 2018 fire at the A’nowara’ko:wa Arena. No arrests have yet been made and the investigation is ongoing.

Police are continuing to ask the public to come forward with any information they have related to the fire. Please contact AMPS at 613-575-2000 or Akwesasne Crimestoppers at 613-575-2255 if you have any information.

The arena remains closed until further notice.
