On Jan. 19, police ticketed Joni M. Garrow, 24, of Hogansburg for speeding (allegedly 53-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 5.

On Jan. 19, police ticketed Marshall D. Oakes, 77, of Fort Covington for speeding (allegedly 66-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 5.

On Jan. 20, police ticketed Darlene M. Adams, 53, of Hogansburg for failure to stop at stop sign. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 5.

On Jan. 20, police charged Joshua R. Laffin, 37, of Hogansburg with reckless driving, fail to obey police officer, speeding, refusal to take breath test, driving while intoxicated, fail to signal, speed not reasonable and prudent and unlawful fleeing of police officer. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and ordered to return Feb. 6.

On Jan. 20, police ticketed Lindsay D. White, 36, of Hogansburg for speeding (allegedly 52-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 12.

On Jan. 20, police ticketed Daniel F. Jacobs, 60, of Hogansburg for speeding (allegedly 54-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 12.

On Jan. 21, police ticketed Cody C. Meacham, 21, of North Lawrence for speeding (allegedly 58-45 mph zone). Ticket is returnable Tribal Court on Feb. 26.

On Jan. 23, police ticketed Louis J. Francis, 33, of Hogansburg for uninspected motor vehicle and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Feb. 13.

On Jan. 24, police ticketed Shannon M. Nightingale, 32, of Massena for second-degree harassment. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 30.

On Jan. 25, police picked up Jaade R. Oakes, 28, of Hogansburg on a warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone, in lieu of $400 bail or $800 bond.

On Jan. 30, police picked up Laurent Arquette, 53, of Hogansburg on a warrant. He was turned over to Malone Village Police Department for further prosecution.

On Jan. 30, police ticketed Terri M. Bova, 52, of Akwesasne, Ontario for third-degree AUO. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Feb. 27.

On Jan. 31, police picked up Winston Francis, 26, of Hogansburg on a warrant. He was turned over to an unspecified investigating agency with no other info available, according to police.

On Feb. 1, police ticketed Chelsea M. Jacobs, 23, of Snye, Quebec for speeding (allegedly 50-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 26.

On Feb. 1, police ticketed Jennifer H. Laughing, 40, of Hogansburg for failure to obey traffic control device. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on March 5.

On Feb. 1, police ticketed Oren J. Lazore, 27, and Kyle B. Burns, 25, both of Hogansburg for expired inspection. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb 26.

NY State troopers:

Michael D. Croney, 53, of Hogansburg was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding following a traffic stop at 11:40 p.m. Feb. 3 on state Route 37 in Massena. Police said his blood alcohol level was .11 percent. He was released with appearance tickets.

Blossom A. Stacy, 53, of Kahnawake was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, at 8:30 p.m. Feb. 2 at the Fort Covington port of entry. Troopers said she is accused of possessing cocaine and was held pending court action. A second person, Kayla A. Clute, 27, hometown not available, was later charged in connection with the case and is facing single counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana, troopers said.
