Call out for this year's King and Queen of the Akwesasne Winter Carnival 2018

Do you know of a couple or 2 single people that you would like to nominate for King and Queen of the carnival this year?

All you have to do is submit a letter of why you feel this couple, or singles, should be crowned.

The letter should include the following information:

* How many years married.

* How many children they have.

* How many grandchildren they have.

* Include any interests that the couple has.

* Any activities the couple take part in.

* How the couple is helping Akwesasne be a great place to live.

Deadline for nominations is February 6 at 12noon.
