St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police blotter, Jan. 5-18:

On Jan. 5, police ticketed Davis M. Arquette, 38, of Hogansburg, for uninspected motor vehicle. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 29.

On Jan. 6, police ticketed Robert J. Albu, 18, of Malone for speed not reasonable and prudent, fail to keep right and driving while the ability impaired. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 23.

On Jan. 6, police ticketed Deanna M. Smoke-Tarbell, 39, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 22.

On Jan. 7, police ticketed Issac Sharrow, 23, of Akwesasne, Ontario for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 29.

On Jan. 7, police ticketed Michael P. Oakes, 48, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlight and suspended registration. Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 30.

On Jan. 7, police ticketed Raymond P. Chubb, 58, of Hogansburg for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 30.

On Jan. 7, police ticketed Aidin B. Comins, 21, of Hogansburg for fail to signal, third-degree AUO and unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Feb. 13.

On Jan. 8, police ticketed David J. Mainville, 50, of Hogansburg for speeding (allegedly 54-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 29.

On Jan. 9, police ticketed Kiannah L. Thomas-Lazore, 19, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlight and inadequate brake light. Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 5.

On Jan. 9, police charged Brandon P. Clark, 30, of North Bangor with second-degree criminal contempt, misdemeanor. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released, police said.

On Jan. 10, police ticketed Taylin A. David, 18, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 5.

On Jan. 10, police charged Constance M. Tarbell, 71, of Akwesasne, N.Y. with second-degree burglary, felony, and petit larceny, misdemeanor. She is to appear in Bombay Town Court on Jan. 23.

On Jan. 10, police charged Alisha P. Nason, 26, of North Bangor with unlawful imprisonment, misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Feb. 6.

On Jan. 11, police ticketed Stephen V. Benedict, 51, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 12.

On Jan. 12, police ticketed Kayloni A. Delormier, 29, of Rooseveltown for speeding (allegedly 54-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 29.

On Jan. 15, police ticketed Mason B. Panuelo, 18, of Hogansburg for speed unreasonable and prudent. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 5.

On Jan. 15, police ticketed Conrad L.A. Phillips, 47, of Hogansburg for speeding (allegedly 53-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 5.

On Jan. 16, police ticketed Jordan D. Francis, 33, of Hogansburg for unregistered motor vehicle. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 5.

On Jan. 16, police picked up Tyler A. Valdez, 20, of Norfolk on a bench warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and ordered to return March 20.

On Jan. 17, police charged Orlen M. Lazore, 24, of Snye, Quebec with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, all felonies, and circumventing an interlock device and failure to use designated lane. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court “with no return date,” police said.

On Jan. 18, police charged Kateri B. Jacobs, 27, of Hogansburg with DWI, aggravated DWI, failure to keep right and unlawful possession of marijuana. Tickets are returnable to the Bombay Town Court on Feb. 6.

Massena police:

Ralph G. Thibault, 70, of St. Regis Rd, Hogansburg was charged with inadequate brakelight at 10:13 a.m. Wednesday on Center Street.

NY State police:

Christopher R. George, 23, of Hogansburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 6:20 a.m. Jan. 12 on state Route 37 in Massena and was released with an appearance ticket.
