On Thursday, January 25th at 5:00 PM at the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Environment Office there will be a presentation by Tasha Guatney. Tasha is finishing up her masters on solitary Bees, namely the Leaf Cutters and or Mason Bees (Pollination Biology - Masters degree). She also has degrees in Environmental Science - BS, Horticulture - BS, Sustainable Agriculture - AS and a degree in Natural Resources - AS.
The presentation will discuss on how beneficial it is to have these bees around for your crops and your honey bees. Regular Monthly Meeting is to follow.
