Tribal Council Donates to Akwesasne Freedom School Repairs

AKWESASNE – The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Council is proud to be a long-standing supporter of the Akwesasne Freedom School and it did not hesitate to continue its support when it received a letter for assistance with an emergency repair. On Tsiothóhra/December 22nd, Tribal Chiefs Eric Thompson and Beverly Cook presented a donation of $9,780 to the Freedom School to help with repairs due to recent water damage.
