St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police blotter, Nov. 24-30:

On Nov. 24, police charged Freeman M. Oakes, 21, of Akwesasne, N.Y. with aggravated driving while intoxicated (felony), unlawful fleeing of police officer, aggravated unlicensed operation (felony), driving while intoxicated (misdemeanor), unlicensed operation, failure to obey a police officer, two counts of reckless driving (misdemeanor), two counts of fail to stop at stop sign, three counts of speeding and resisting arrest (misdemeanor). He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond and was to have returned to court on Nov. 28.

On Nov. 24, police ticketed Robert J. Vandusen, 48, of Massena for fail to obey stop sign. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 18.

On Nov. 24, Police charged Suanne M. Day, 40, of Nedrow for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and first-degree AUO, all felonies, and failure to keep right, no insurance, switched plates, unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle and no inspection. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and given a Jan. 9 return date.

On Nov. 27, police ticketed Paulina A. Gray, 20, of Hogansburg for passing in a no-pass zone. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 18.

On Nov. 27, police ticketed Wallace A. Ransom, 52, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 18.

On Nov. 28, police ticketed Nicole L. Bienvenuo, 34, of Nicholville for speeding (allegedly 57-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 18.

On Nov. 28, police ticketed Peggy A. David, 56, of Hogansburg for speeding (allegedly 65-55 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 18.

On Nov. 28, police ticketed George D. Hamelin, 26, of Hogansburg for speeding (allegedly 55-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Dec. 18.

On Nov. 28, police ticketed Phillip W. Gray, 36, of Akwesasne, Ontario for speeding (allegedly 56-35 mph zone) and third-degree AUO. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 9.

On Nov. 28, police ticketed Karissa A. Cook, 34, of Hogansburg for inadequate brake lights. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 18.

On Nov. 30, police ticketed Kateri B. Jacobs, 26, of Massena for third-degree AUO. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 9.

On Nov. 30, police picked up Elishia E. Lazore-King, 28, of Hogansburg on a probation warrant. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released under probationary supervision.
