White Pine Healing Lodge Executive Director

The White Pine Healing Lodge is a Not-for-Profit organization in search of an Executive Director who is passionate about serving Indigenous individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addictions, while at the same time creating unity and restoring pride within First Nations people. We’re searching for a visionary leader to steer us through an organizational vitalization process set to begin in the near future, to bring energy and creativity to improving our community environment.

Summary of responsibilities: The Executive Director is the key management leader of the White Pine Healing Lodge. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the administration and development of the financial health and management, program and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, grant writing, advocacy, liaison, and overseeing and taking part in the day-to-day operations of all programs in the White Pine Healing Lodge. The position reports to the Board of Directors.
