Notice of Appeal Proceedings

This is to advise the community that George Brendan Shoniker has submitted an Appeal to the denial of his application for a Residency Permit. On September 16, 2017 the Akwesasne Membership Board denied his request for permission to reside in the Akwesasne community.

Community members have until Wednesday, December 6, 2017 to advise Carol Lafrance, Membership Officer, that they wish to make representations to the Council of Elders concerning the Appeal.
