HEAD CARETAKER

Salary Level: DS9 $45,873.58-$47,708.52

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Senior Maintenance Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all assets defined and under the care of assigned MCA assets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two year college diploma in related field.

OR

• Certification in related trades field i.e. Building Systems Maintenance Certificate.

• Minimum five (5) years experience in related trade work, building systems maintenance, building systems technician’s field with equivalent knowledge and experience with skilled trades and disciplines in a variety of fields i.e. carpentry, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, heating, construction, etc.

• Certification or ability to be certified within specific timeframes for WHMIS and other related training.
