St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police:

On Oct. 7, police charged Peter B. Zimmerman, 20, of Canton with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, four counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, all felonies. He was also charged with possession of a prescription outside its original container and two counts each of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $4,000 bail or $8,000 bond and was to have reappeared Oct. 10.

On Oct. 6, police charged Brian A. Stowell, 31, of Brasher Falls with felony counts of driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor count of installation and operation of interlock device and traffic infractions including fail to use designated lane, fail to keep right, unlicensed operation and consumption of alcohol beverage in motor vehicle. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond and was to have reappeared in court on Oct. 10.

On Oct. 6, police ticketed Krissy A. White, 23, of Hogansburg for uninspected motor vehicle. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 30.

On Oct. 6, police charged Timothy S. Sarpstene, 27, of Massena with criminal possession of a hypodermic needle, misdemeanor. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 14.

On Oct. 7, police ticketed Lisa Colley, 52, of Pointe-Claire, Quebec for driving while intoxicated and fail to use designated lane. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Oct. 31.

On Oct. 8, police ticketed Chelsey R. McDonald, 33, of Akwesasne, Ontario for third-degree AUO, uninsured motor vehicle and unlicensed driver. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 14.

On Oct. 8, police picked up Tehya L. Wensauer, 38, of Hogansburg on a warrant. He was taken to the Franklin County Jail.

On Oct. 11, police ticketed Carcie T.M. Thompson-Bigtree, 21, of Hogansburg for unsafe backing, unlicensed operation and third-degree AUO. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 14.

On Oct. 12, police ticketed Kelly L. Eamer, 58, of Cornwall, Ontario for speeding (allegedly 64-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 6.

On Oct. 12, police ticketed Jillian N. King, 30, of Hogansburg for speeding (allegedly 67-45 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 7.

Massena police:

Kari Boots, 41, of Recreation Road, Akwesasne, Ontario was charged with speeding at 5:44 p.m. Oct. 14 on East Hatfield Street.

New York State police:

Jordan D. Francis, 33, of Hogansburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2 p.m. Oct. 12 at the Massena international bridge and released with an appearance ticket.
