Niawen:kowa from the Nations Cup 2017 

The 2017 Nations Cup host committee wishes to thank everyone who helped out in making the tournament such a successful event. The four days of lacrosse was enjoyed by many local enthusiasts as well as visitors from other communities who watched eight teams compete for a chance to claim the championship. Thank you to 97.3 CKON for your generous sponsorship and support; the community as well as local sports teams and athletes appreciate the efforts put forth by our live and local radio station. Niawen:kowa to the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Maintenance Department for loaning the Nations Cup 2017 the industrial fans that helped the airflow inside the playing area.
