The Ahkwesáhsne Mohawk Board of Education opened their doors to students this week. Teachers, bus drivers, principals and parents have been preparing for weeks for this day. With shiny floors, new books ready to be read and an excitement in the air from parents and children alike; students are back to school.
Salmon River Central opens their doors to students on Thursday, September 7, 2017 with on Open House for the St. Regis Mohawk School on Tuesday, September 12 at 4pm, the Salmon River Elementary on Thursday, September 14 at 4pm and the Middle School and High School will hold their Open House from 5pm to 7pm on the same day.
Massena Central elementary, middle school and high school started school on Tuesday, September 6, 2017 with their Pre K, JK, and Kindergarten starting school on staggered days.
