The Snake Island Muskies dug a big hole for themselves and were unable to climb out of it.
Last Wednesday, July 12 the visiting Ottawa Axemen took a big 5-0 first period lead and despite a three goal second period total the Muskies were unable to rally. Final score: 11-3.
Jordan Thomas scored two with Akwi David chipping in one in the loss.
Grayson Philips picked up two assists while Lee Thompson and Tom Thomas each picked up one assist.
Fred Hartley led Ottawa with four goals while Jordan Joncus scored three.
