Tsi Snaihne School Student Wins Memorial Day Poster Contest

For more than 50 years, the Royal Canadian Legion has sponsored the Annual Poster Contest that is open to all Canadian school children. In November, there were 135 entries from eleven Cornwall and Akwesasne schools. Tsi Snaihne School had two winners. Ivan Loran won first place in the Junior Black and White Poster category and went on to compete in the district and placed third. Jericho Chrisjohn placed third in the Junior Colour Poster category. Their school is very proud of this accomplishment.
