Your Fit: Total Body

Your Fit is a cardiorespiratory training that alternates brief speed and recovery intervals to increase the overall intensity of a workout. This technique can increase both aerobic and anaerobic capacity and also burn fat. Challenge yourself! Open to everyone, with modifications to your fitness level! This “Drop In” circuit will take you through a 30-minute workout of about 6-10 stations. We will focus on:

• Body Exercises

• Ladder Training

• Medicine Ball Training

• Speed/Agility/Quickness Training

Tuesday - 2:30-4:00pm - Generations Park

Wednesday - 9:30-11:30am - Generations Park

Thursday - 3:00-4:30pm - Snye Recreation

Friday - 9:30-11:30am - Generations Park
