FAMILY WELL-BEING COORDINATOR- AFWP

Salary Level: DS07 STEP 2- 3; $48,961.67 - $50,920.14

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Program Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the supervision and administration of unit operations and for the execution & monitoring of primary prevention and Outreach services/programs to the community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in the Social Field with 2 years supervisory experiences in the social work field and experience in a 24 hour crisis center OR;

• Two (2) years College diploma in the Social/Addiction Field with three (3) years supervisory experience in the social work field and experience working in a 24 hour Crisis Center,

• Ability to work flexible hours; evening shifts, weekends and holidays

• Must provide a clear Driver’s abstract for the last 5 years.
