St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police blotter, April 7-12:
On April 7, police ticketed Taylor J. Graham, 23, of Tonawanda for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on April 25.
On April 7, police ticketed Frank Phillips, 24, of Fort Covington for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on April 24.
On April 8, police ticketed Jason Anderson, 42, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on April 24.
On April 9, police ticketed John A. Baker, 45, of Hogansburg for switched plates, unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance and uninspected motor vehicle. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on May 2.
On April 10, police ticketed Stacey L. Jacobs, 43; Kody E. Jackson, 29; and Dana L. Skye, 44, all of Hogansburg for speeding. Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on May 1.
On April 10, police ticketed Terry J. Murray, 19, of Bombay for trespassing. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on April 25.
On April 11, police ticketed William M. Buckshot, 50, of Massey, Ontario for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to signal. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on May 16.
On April 11, police ticketed Christine J. Cook, 34, of Hogansburg for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on May 1.
On April 11, police ticketed Jason M. Woodard, 38, of Massena for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate brakelight. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on May 2.
On April 11, police arrested Jaade R. Oakes, 28, of Hogansburg with five counts of criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone, in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond. No return court date given.
On April 12, police ticketed Heather Amarel, 26, of Massena and Kenneth D. Burwell, 50, of Bombay each for inadequate headlight. Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court in May.

Police charged Miranda M. Green, 22, of Hogansburg with unsafe backing at 3:36 p.m. April 15 on North Main Street.
