The Salmon River Athletic Hall of Fame is pleased to announce the Student Athletes of the Month for the 2016-2017 Winter sports season.
Each month, coaches from Salmon River Athletics select varsity student athletes for his/her athletic accomplishments, attitude, leadership, sportsmanship, and team spirit to receive the award.
Each winner receives a $25.00 gift certificate, donated by Twin Leaf of Akwesasne and Ft. Covington, which can be used at any of its establishments: Twin Leaf convenience store and restaurants, Jreck's Subs and Sweet Treats. Each student also receives a Certificate of Achievement from the Salmon River Hall of Fame. Congratulations to all the Students of the Month!
The Student Athletes of the Months are: December: John Jacobs Jr. and Dava Thompson, January: Kurt Leroux (missing from picture) and Madison Collette, February: Ben Kelly and Lauren Martin, March: Jarrad Jackson and Carli Cartier.
