St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police blotter, March 24-30:
On March 25, police charged a Massena man with numerous offenses after allegedly fleeing police at high speeds while intoxicated and crashing, according to tribal police. Johnny D. Square, 22, is charged with two counts of speeding for allegedly going as fast as 98 mph in a 35 mph zone, fail to comply with police, operating a motor vehicle out of class, failure to signal, driving left of pavement markings, unsafely moving from lane, unlawful possession of marijuana and misdemeanors including reckless driving, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, third-degree unlawful fleeing of a police officer and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. Police Chief Matt Rourke said Square allegedly fled a traffic stop on State Route 37 and headed west, turning north onto Cook Road. From there, police ceased their pursuit and found him a little ways up the road. He had failed to negotiate a turn and crashed, and patrols located Square after he had fled on foot. His blood alcohol level was allegedly .16 percent, Rourke said.
On March 24, police ticketed Donna M. Murray, 52, of Norfolk and Lloyd A. Barney, 52, of Malone for running a stop sign. They are to appear in Tribal Court in April.
On March 25, police ticketed A.M. Delormier, 32, of Rooseveltown for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on April 17.
On March 26, police charged Heather R. Deragon, 22, of Massena with a warrant. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and ordered to return May 30.
On March 27, police charged Dari M. Oakes, 44, of Hogansburg with resisting arrest and obstructing government administration. Tickets are returnable to the Bombay Town Court on April 11.
On March 28, police ticketed Michelle A.E. David, 31, of Hogansburg for speeding and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on April 18.
On March 29, police ticketed Tracy L. Jacobs, 49, of Hogansburg with speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on April 25.
On March 29, police ticketed Rahsontanohsta Delormier, 22, of Hogansburg with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on April 18.
On March 30, police ticketed Autumn A. Tenasco-King, 22, of Hogansburg for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on April 24.
Massena police:
Trina M. Thompson, 22, of Hogansburg was charged with inadequate muffler, obstructed view and no turn signal at 12:47 a.m. April 4 on Jefferson Avenue.
