On Feb. 14, police arrested Hannah M. Martin, 24, of Massena with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, unlawful possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, seven counts of criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unsafe turn, pass in a no pass zone, fail to keep right, fail to stop at stop sign, reckless driving and unlawful fleeing of a police officer. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond and was to have returned to court Feb. 21.
On Feb. 14, police charged Tylar A. Jacobs, 27, of Akwesasne, N.Y. with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of controlled substance original container, a single count of unlawful possession of marijuana and seven counts of criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond and was to have returned Feb. 21.
On Feb. 12, police charged Joshua W. Gonio, 33, of Lafargeville with unlawful possession of marihuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, four counts of criminal possession of a hypodermic needle class a misdemeanor, no taillights, uninspected motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle and no interior mirror. He was to have appeared in Bombay Town Court on Feb. 21.
On Feb. 16, police arrested Lennie M. Squire, 38, of Akwesasne, Ontario for aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and fail to keep right. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on March 21.
On Feb. 17, police ticketed Randal M. Seymour, 24, of Akwesasne, Ontario for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and fail to signal. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on March 14.
On Feb. 18, police charged Natasha F. King, 41, of Akwesasne, Ontario for driving while intoxicated, felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, fail to keep right, consumption of alcoholic beverage in motor vehicle, drivers view obstructed and driving while intoxicated with .08 or more-misdemeanor. She was to have appeared in Bombay Town Court on Feb. 21.
On Feb. 18, police charged Trent J. Jacobs, 25, of Hogansburg, NY for felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and fail to use designated lane. He is to appear in Bombay Town Court on March 14.
On Feb. 21, police ticketed Lauren J. Phillips, 27, of Hogansburg for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, uninspected motor vehicle and inadequate headlight. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on March 14.
On Feb. 21, police ticketed Mitchell B. Mason, 22, of Albany, Vt. for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on March 20.
On Feb. 22, police ticketed Tasha L. Square, 31, of Kahnawake, Quebec for uninspected motor vehicle. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on March 13.
On Feb. 22, police ticketed Crystal L. Votra, 36, of Massena for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on March 6.
On Feb. 23, police ticketed Dayna J. Green, 20, of Akwesasne, Quebec for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on March 27.
On Feb. 24, police ticketed Wakeriio W.R. Oakes-Anderson, 18, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on March 27.
On Feb. 24, police ticketed Joeanna F. Gagne, 28, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for inadequate headlight, operate out of class, uninspected motor vehicle and forged inspection certificate. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on March 21.
On Feb. 25, police ticketed Courtney A. Delormier, 28, of Hogansburg for inadequate brake light and suspended registration. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on March 28.
On Feb. 25, police ticketed Alan M. Arquette, 56, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on March 27.
On Feb. 28, police ticketed Tracey M. Oakes, 43, of Akwesasne, Quebec for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation and speeding. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on March 28.
On Feb. 28, police ticketed Tacala D. Buckshot, 32, of Hogansburg for fail to signal, operate out of class and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on March 21.
On March 1, police ticketed Justine M. Hamilton, 27, of Malone for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on March 27.
On March 2, police arrested Justin D. Rourke, 36, of Hogansburg for a warrant, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation. Mr. Rourke was arraigned at the Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of 1,500 bail and a return date of 03-14-2017.
