Local Artist Takes Part in Ottawa Snow Festival

The University of Ottawa held their 10th Annual Snow Festival from February 5 to February 10, 2017. A variety of events included igloo building, a free music show, free curling, a sugar bush meal, chocolate tastings, a winter fashion show and free public skating. The theme for the Snow Festival was celebrating Aboriginal heritage with First Nation's singing and dancing featuring Inuit singers. Local artist, Ryan Hill carved a large ice sculpture along with other professional carving artists.
