St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police blotter, Jan. 6-12:
On Jan. 6, police arrested Drake M. Dishaw, 23, of Massena for second-degree assault, felony, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone, in lieu of $15,000 bail or $30,000 bond.
On Jan. 6, police ticketed Jenna R. White, 21, of Lewiston for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and fail to keep right. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 31.
On Jan. 6, police ticketed Monica Baron, 46, of Valltalla for using a cellphone while operating a vehicle. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 23.
On Jan. 7, police ticketed Linda A. Fetter, 52, of Norwood for failure to stop at a stop sign. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 30.
On Jan. 8, police ticketed Shirley J. Fenlong, 59, of Chase Mills for drivers view obstructed. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 13.
On Jan. 8, police charged Justine P. Jacobs, 31, of Hogansburg with a warrant. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and ordered to return Jan. 24.
On Jan. 8, police charged Priscilla K. Thompson, 47, of Akwesasne, Ontario with a warrant. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and was released.
On Jan. 8, police ticketed Joseph C. White, 67, of Hogansburg for uninspected motor vehicle, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation and operating motor vehicle without interlocking device. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 31.
On Jan. 9, police charged Steven H.S. Johnson, 31, of Akwesasne, Ontario with a warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and ordered to return Feb. 21.
On Jan. 9, police ticketed Francis W. Conners, 48, of Hogansburg for expired inspection. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 30.
On Jan. 9, police ticketed Ashley M. Black, 30, of Rooseveltown for expired inspection. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 30.
On Jan. 9, police charged Lacey N. Arquette, 27, of Hogansburg with a warrant. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and ordered to return Jan. 31.
On Jan. 10, police charged Robert S. Simmons, 53, of Hogansburg with a warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and ordered to return Jan. 31.
On Jan. 12, police ticketed Seth D. Carter, 34, of North Bangor for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 6.
