St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police blotter, Dec. 9-22:
On Dec. 22, police charged Matteshia M. Laffin, 23, of Hogansburg for failure to use designated lane, speeding, consumption of alcohol in vehicle, driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 17.
On Dec. 21, police charged Adam M. Loran, 35, of Hogansburg for aggravated driving while intoxicated, felony, DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, felony, unlicensed operation, and failure to dim lights. He was arraigned at the Bombay Town Court and released to probation and a return date of Jan. 25.
On Dec. 21, police ticketed Laurie L. Dumas, 56, of Massena for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 9.
On Dec. 21, police arrested Dillon J. Johnson, 22, of Akwesasne, Quebec for a warrant issued out of St. Lawrence County. He was turned over to Massena Village Police.
On Dec. 20, police ticketed Darwin G. Arquette, 31, of Hogansburg for aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanor. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 10.
On Dec. 20, police ticketed Adam T. Bomberry, 22, of Akwesasne, Ontario for inadequate headlight and unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 9.
On Dec. 20, police ticketed Lawrence P. Mitchell, 46, of Akwesasne, Ontario for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 9.
On Dec. 20, police ticketed Geraldine White, 56, of Camillus, N.Y.; Mary C. Terrance, 57, of Hogansburg; Lois J. Boots, 40, of Hogansburg; Lucille M. Peters, 71, of Hogansburg; and Bernadine M. Martin, 54, of Merrill, N.Y. for speeding. They were issued tickets for Tribal Court.
On Dec. 20, police arrested Eric W. Monroe, 36, of Massena for a warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released with no return date given, police said.
On Dec. 19, police ticketed Kevin L. Chubb, 61, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 9.
On Dec. 19, police ticketed Nia N. Seymour, 25, of Akwesasne, Ontario for speeding and unregistered motor vehicle. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 10.
On Dec. 16, police ticketed Lee R. Smith, 28, of Massena for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 16.
On Dec. 15, police charged James R. Johnson, 26, of St. Regis, Quebec for a warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and given a return date of Jan. 10.
On Dec. 14, police charged Thomas Day-Mitchell, 42, of Hogansburg with a warrant. He was remanded to Franklin County Jail with no return date given, police said.
On Dec. 14, police ticketed Allen L. Swamp, 54, of Hogansburg and Karakwineh Lazore, 28, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for speeding. They were issued Tribal Court tickets for Jan. 9.
On Dec. 12, police ticketed Marlene M. Cook, 52, of Akwesasne, Ontario for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle and inadequate brake lights. Tickets were returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 3.
On Dec. 11, police ticketed Jerome M. King, 51, of Akwesasne, Ontario and Valene M. Gray, 33, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlight. They were issued Tribal Court tickets for Jan. 9.
On Dec. 10, police charged Starlyn N. Mitchell, 23, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for third-degree assault, misdemeanor, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court was to have reappeared Jan. 3.
On Dec. 9, police charged Sarah G. Dupee, 35, of Altona, N.Y. for criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanor, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. She was released on appearance tickets for Bombay Town Court on Jan. 3.
New York State Police:
Michael T. Crowley, 29, of Akwesasne, N.Y. was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, felony, at 3:36 a.m. Dec. 29. He was being held pending court action, troopers said.
Michelle David, 30, of Akwesasne, N.Y. was charged with petit larceny at 8 a.m. Dec. 16 at the Franklin County Jail, Malone. She was arraigned in court and remanded to jail in lieu of $250 bail, troopers said.
James R. Johnson, 26, of Hogansburg was charged with petit larceny at 7:10 p.m. Dec. 15 in Malone.
Rachel A. Wheatley, 35, of Hogansburg was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 11:10 p.m. Dec. 20 at the Massena port of entry and released with an appearance ticket, troopers said.
Massena Village Police:
Abraham T. Gray, 31, of Smoke Road, Hogansburg was charged with a bench warrant, second-degree harassment and resisting arrest at 12:33 p.m. Jan. 1 at Walmart. He was arraigned by Justice Patrick Serguson in Massena court on the harassment and resisting charges and remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, in lieu of $300 bail or $600 bond, police said.
Jessica L. Swamp, 29, of Leo Swamp Road, Hogansburg was charged with illegal window tint at 9:10 a.m. Dec. 31 on East Hatfield Street.
