A Voice from the Eastern Door
On Sunday, December 11th, Tsi:Snaihne Recreation hosted their annual Gingerbread House making event. The room was all decorated for Christmas and everyone was in the holiday spirit. There were around twenty-five gingerbread houses to begin with, but they soon had to get more since there were so many families in attendance. There were a variety of Gingerbread house themes to choose from such as Hello Kitty and Crayola. Along with gingerbread house making, you were able to frost your own pumpkin roll to take home as a gift to give to someone you care about. Some bags of holiday goodies were given out and available to grab once you were complete with all of the other holiday activities. This event was hosted entirely by the Tsi:Snaihne Recreation Center, and is an excellent tradition and way to bring together the community this holiday season.
