The hard work and determination of the A.M.S. students were recognized for November, but this time around the people pushing them at home to hit the books were also recognized.
Parents were invited to the monthly awards ceremony held last Friday at the Kawehnoke School and they were thanked for helping their kids meet their reading goal.
As usual the awards ceremony featured the Sports Box but also these awards fell on Pajama Day which many of the students, and some of the teachers, took part.
The Students of the Month received certificates from Boston Pizza and the character trait of the month was Courage.
