On Nov. 9, police charged Tyler A. Gray, 29, of Hogansburg with unlawful fleeing of police, resisting arrest, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding, unlicensed operation, fail to signal, and driving on shoulder. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond with orders to return Nov. 22.
On Nov. 7, police charged Jerimiah J. Fountain, 37, of Constable with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felony, possession of a hypodermic instrument and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.
On Nov. 4, police ticketed Frederick L. Anson, 37, of Massena for failure to obey a traffic control device. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 28.
On Nov. 4, police arrested Cynthia M.C. Jacobs, 26, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and fail to use designated lane. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 29.
On Nov. 6, police arrested Benson D. Benedict, 51, of Hogansburg for disorderly conduct. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 22.
On Nov. 6, police ticketed Chad T. Smoke, 21, of Hogansburg and Sarah L. White, 25, of Hogansburg, each for inadequate taillight. They were each given appearance tickets for Tribal Court on Nov. 28.
On Nov. 6, police ticketed Deanna M. Smoke-Tarbell, 38, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for inadequate taillights and third-degree AUO. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 29.
On Nov. 6, police ticketed Mitchell A. Porter, 23, of Hogansburg for speeding, 56-35 mph zone, and unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 22.
On Nov. 7, police ticketed Jacob A. Cook, 39, of Hogansburg for third-degree AUO and unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Dec. 6.
On Nov. 8, police Ticketed Valerie Iserhoff, 45, of Akwesasne, Ontario for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 21.
On Nov. 9, police charged Ashton M. Francis, 27, of Hogansburg with a warrant. She was remanded to the Franklin County Jail, police said.
On Nov. 10, police charged David K. Gorrow, 55, of Hogansburg with a bench warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released.

Robert J. Thompson, 68, of Island Road, Akwesasne, Ontario was charged with running a stop sign at 2:20 p.m. Nov. 9 at Grove Street and Ridgewood Avenue.
