A Voice from the Eastern Door
Submitted by Lynda Brown
Twenty-four students from Tsi Snaihne School (TSS) went in front of their fellow students on Thursday, October 13th to present why students should vote for them for TSS Student Council. Most students talked about being respectful, responsible and role models for fellow students in the school. They discussed how they could help contribute to a positive school community. Chief Ryan Jacobs came to see the speeches and offer support as public speaking can be intimidating, but all students did a great job telling students why they were the best candidate for the position. It is an honour to be nominated by their peers to run in the election.
