Ali Hart finishes strong to cross the finish line first in the tri-meet against Potsdam and Brushton-Moira to help give the Shamrocks the overall team victory. Hart finished 11 seconds before Potsdam's Violet Dean with a time of 22:27.
Tiffany Conners conquers the last of the hills of the Salmon River cross country course to come in third with a time of 24:43.
Colin Benedict finishes the 3.1 mile cross country course in a time of 19:49 to earn second place overall.
Tyler Shorette paced the field of runners to capture first place with a time of 18:28. The Salmon River boys swept the tri-meet against Potsdam and Brushton-Moira with eight Shamrock runners in the top ten.
Macy David rounds out the Shamrock runners in the top ten coming in eighth place in a time of 28:38.
