Another season came to an end with the annual tournament finals in Bombay. The tourney had just finished up when a huge storm hit, and heavy rains muddied the entire area. Everyone is to be commended on another fine season.
Some league games were held in Bombay, and nearby Debiew's Store and Deli each Sunday and this weekend. Debiew's would like to thank the League, and have donated $500 towards trophies for 2017.
There is still plenty of softball action to be played. This coming weekend is the Lisa Lafrance Memorial tournament and on September 10 – 11th the Cheyenne Smoke Memorial tournament will take place.
