One Man's Journey For a Cause

Leroy Levi Bailey found himself homeless for about 2 years in Buffalo N.Y and says it's an experience he will never forget. Since that time he has worked at various organizations that help the homeless, most recently PIN Ministries for the past 4 years in Virginia Beach, VA. Taking things further, he started on a mission to bring homelessness to the forefront by walking the circumference of the United States. Starting in Virginia Beach and heading south then west, he has since walked over 5500 miles before reaching the Akwesasne Mohawk Nation.

During his travels he is encouraging people to contribute towards building homeless shelters. His goal is to get one million people to donate $10.00 dollars a month to build shelters across America, a place that will allow them a chance at a more normal life offering educational, vocational and life lessons.
