The annual American Legion Post 1479 golf tournament was held on Saturday, July 9, and was a great success - good food, fun, and friendly competition on the golf course. Once again we would like to thank all those involved in the planning of this event. Due to an oversight, Matt Thompson was not recognized as a key member of the planning committee, not only for this tournament, but for many Legion events. GREAT JOB TO ALL INVOLVED!
