Kyce Kahontanoron Cook is NYWAY Champion

Kyce Kahontanoron Cook took 4th in the New York Wrestling Association for Youth State wrestling championship!!

He is in the 43lbs. weight class. One thousand kids from across New York State qualified and registered for the tournament. Kyce was ranked at the absolute bottom starting out as unknown and fought his way to the top 10, then to the top 5 where in his 6th match he took 4th with determination and pride.

Kyce is 6 years old from Akwesasne and the son of Chantelle Cook and Cody David. Kyce's step-dad and #1 supporter is Chad Afriat. Kyce wrestles for the Massena Jr. Wrestling team under coach Shannon Derouchie.
