SRMT 2016-048, WATERLINE REPLACEMENT, ROUTE 37, ROOSEVELT ROAD, & TRAFFIC CIRCLE ROAD, AKWESASNE, NY. SEALED BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED BY SAINT REGIS MOHAWK TRIBE (SRMT), 412 STATE ROUTE 37, AKWESASNE, NEW YORK 13655, UNTIL MARCH 31, 2016, 3:30 P.M. (LOCAL TIME). Complete bid announcement, “Invitation for Quotes,” may be downloaded at http://www.srmt-nsn.gov. SRMT utilizes “Procore” construction management software for viewing and downloading copies of Bid Documents. Please contact Colleen Thomas, Capital Projects Manager, at (518) 358-4205, to gain access to Procore, the Bid Documents, and to be added to the bidders list. Preference in the award of the contract shall be given to Mohawk organizations and economic enterprises. Any contractor claiming Mohawk Preference shall provide evidence, as required by the owner, to support this at least one week prior to bid opening. Bid security and contract security are mandatory requirements. Pre-bid meeting will be held on March 17, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at the SRMT Community Building, Akwesasne, New York. The SRMT reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, and the lowest, or any quote, will not necessarily be accepted.
