Ratsikoiaks Sunday is holding the ice pick used for pulling yourself out of the ice water. Once you fall in you have about 5 minutes (if you are physically fit and active) before your body goes into shock. Once in the ice water you quickly pull the ice picks out, strap them behind your neck and place your arms over the ice and stick the ice picks in. Start pulling yourself out and pulling yourself towards the shore. While pulling yourself towards the shore, use your legs to assist you (the army crawl) and to help you move faster.
