NOTICE TO FUEL VENDORS

REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR SRMT 216-012, WILL BE RECEIVED BY SAINT REGIS MOHAWK TRIBE (SRMT), 412 STATE ROUTE 37, AKWESASNE, NEW YORK 13655. SRMT will receive sealed quotes for the Supply and Delivery of Heating Fuel for 2016-2018 until 3:30 p.m., (local time), February 26, 2016. Quotes will include the fixed discount price per gallon for #2 Fuel Oil, #1 Dyed Kerosene, and Diesel Winter Mix. Insurances are a mandatory requirement. Native Preference applies to this solicitation. The successful vendor will enter into a contract with the SRMT for a three-year period.
