On Dec. 22, Tribal Police arrested Wanita M. Swamp, 50, of Hogansburg, NY for active probation warrant issued out of Franklin County. Ms. Swamp was transported to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond. No return date was given.
