A Voice from the Eastern Door

Thank You

The Knights of Columbus Council 9991 of Constable want to take this opportunity to thank all those who helped us this Christmas in making Christmas special for those in need in our area. Adirondack Auto in Fort Covington who gave a special Christmas to a whole family, Tim Leahy Construction, Smith Lumber, Leroux Oil Company, Stark’s Sand and Gravel and Fort Covington American Legion Post 1418.

We are grateful to our parish Altar Rosary Society for their support and generous donation. Sue Prue who is in charge of our Local Food Pantry and her volunteers who gave their time and Jim Debyah who made many trips to pick up the food for our Pantry so many families would have food for the Holidays. Our Parishioners and Brother Knights who made donations and gave so much support during this Christmas Project.

We as Knights are very grateful to CAA Management Administrative Staff (Twin Leaf) for their donations of so many gifts for our Youth. Every family was so very thankful and many tears of joy were shed in gratitude for kindness for all that so many did.

In closing, a few remarks from The CAA Management Administrative Staff at Twin Leaf; ‘’We were delighted to donate Christmas presents for over 40 youth from the Franklin County area in conjunction with the Knights of Columbus. This is the fourth Christmas that the Knights have reached out for help and we couldn’t be happier to be of assistance. Many of our staff members choose a child or sibling and go out shopping for them to ensure that everyone has a joyous Christmas. The season is about giving and we hope that the CAA Management and the Knights of Columbus working together were able to give a happy holiday to some very deserving children.’’

Once again “THANK YOU” for helping us make all this possible!

Merry Christmas and Blessings in 2016,

Rod Lauzon Grand Knight Council 9991
