HAVFD Ice Rescue Training - Part 2

This is a two-victim rescue. The firemen has signaled to one victim to get ready to be pulled ashore while another victim waits to be picked up. The rescuing fireman will ride at the far end of the sleigh to be pulled in with the victim.
